Working principle of LW-J750 Industrial Cold Welding Machine

Using capacitor energy storage, the electrical energy stored in the capacitor is instantly released between the tungsten electrode and the workpiece in the form of a pulsed arc. The instantaneous and precise concentrated current generated by the high-frequency arc discharge makes the temperature after welding less than the workpiece emission Temperature, so as to achieve the cold welding effect.
