600A Air-cooled Welding Generator Engine Driven Welder for Offshore Oil and Gas Rigs Maintenance

The WD600B Duetz Air-cooling Welding Generator is a specialized welding maintenance unit engineered for offshore oil and gas rigs. Powered by a Duetz air-cooled diesel engine (Model F4L912), it delivers powerful and steady performance. The unit can simultaneously output 4 kW of single-phase AC power for operating powered tools, weld oil and gas carbon steel pipelines, and perform arc-air gouging.

• Steadily outputs a welding current of 50–600 A. Welding duty cycle: 60% @ 600 A / 44 V and 100% @ 500 A / 40 V. Capable of carbon arc-air gouging with carbon rods of 10 mm or larger.
• Preset and actual values of welding current and voltage are displayed in real time, ensuring accurate matching between preset and actual output for convenient welding specification adjustment.

• Outputs 1–230 V / 4 kW AC power, capable of driving water pumps, angle grinders, and other common electric tools and lighting equipment on the field site.
• Water temperature, oil pressure, and oil quantity of the diesel engine are displayed via separate pointer meters, keeping the engine's running status clear at a glance.
• Adopts a single-side centralized maintenance design concept, making maintenance faster and more convenient.
• Features forklift holes at the bottom and a lifting hook on top, facilitating transfer and transportation.

The WD600B is primarily suited for maintenance at offshore oil and gas rigs, including field oil and gas pipeline welding construction, municipal engineering rescue, field power engineering construction, Gulf shipbuilding, and offshore oil drill maintenance.

The WD600B supports carbon arc-air gouging for pipeline maintenance and repair operations.
