  1. The VERTAX BL1000 is a high-performance diesel engine-driven welder generator designed for demanding oil and gas pipeline welding scenarios.
  2. Powered by a Cummins 4BTA3.9 - G2 diesel engine (USA technology), it thrives in high-altitude and low-temperature environments, ensuring reliable operation in harsh field conditions. The engine delivers a rated power of 50kW (max 55kW) at 1500 RPM, with a 70L fuel capacity and water-cooling system to support long-duration welding tasks.
  3. In welding capabilities, the BL1000 supports multiple processes: MMA, TIG, FCAW, and carbon arc gouging. It features dual welding handles (Handle A & B), each offering a 40–500A welding current range, 75V open-circuit voltage, and adjustable welding voltage (up to 40V for MMA). With duty cycles reaching 100% (at lower currents), it maintains stable output for consistent weld quality—ideal for low-hydrogen electrodes, cellulose electrodes, and flux-cored wires. Advanced technologies like full-bridge phase-shifted resonance soft-switch DC-AC conversion and PWM control ensure fast dynamic response and superior welding performance.
  4. As a generator, it provides versatile power: 45kW (three-phase AC400V) or 14kW (single-phase AC230V), capable of powering other construction site equipment. It integrates with popular wire feeders (Miller, Lincoln, or YH120), and the YH120 feeder enables real-time display of preset/actual current/voltage for precise control.
  5. For mobility, the BL1000 can be paired with a hydraulic crawler chassis or 2–4 wheel trailer, simplifying transport across job sites. With an IP23 protection class, it resists dust and water ingress. Weighing 1400kg and measuring 2200×1000×1300mm, it balances ruggedness and maneuverability.
